called saying my washing machine was out of warranty, my machine is over 3 years old and ran out of cover 2 years ago, they claimed it ran out this month. They were quite convincing, saying i could get a reduced cost because ive never made a claim with them, but i found them suspicious anyway so did some research only to find other people have been scammed by them.
