Answered as I was expecting a call silence I searched and found a lot of people complaining. Having worked in call centres in the past (But never unsolicited rubbish). I can confirm a silent call IS a nuisance call as is repeatedly doing so it is called harassment and can be raised with OFCOM I thought I would add a useful link the more this type of call is officially complained about especially as silent, persistent unsolicited calls they will find out who it is and hopefully fine them (More likely as it is a UK number over seas numbers ae a totally different ball game)

Looked like a London number so picked up as thought it was a work call. The caller, who insisted on calling me "luvvie", told me it was about the life policy on my house??!! Told her I wasn't interested, but have received another call this morning (ignored).

Called me on my mobile said they were pension review team person said he was called James.Told him I'm not discussing with him he said I'd ticked to opt in. Told him I'm not discussing he asked me why & I said I'd go to Citizens Advice if I need advice. He told me they tell me to go to a very expensive IFA at this point I ended call & have now blocked the number. Usually don't answer unknown caller no but waiting for a delivery.

called again today despite their confirmation that they will remove my details from their date base. Requested their contact address to lodge an official contplain for harrassment. Very agressive person informed me that 3 days of calls is not harrassment and refused to provide this information. His words were "It;s not harrassment and if youve got time to ask for an address then youve got time to talk to me" I eventually hung up - Register your complaints as they are a nuisance

Called me again today whilst at work. I returned their call. They had my full name, on asking how they have my number as I'm TPS registered I as informed that I :
"need to update the TPS"
I informed them that there was no need as the number had not changed and being on the TPS list should have prevented the call end of. I asked that they remove me from their data base as I wasnt interested in releasing finds from a locked pension of some years ago and I didn't have a locked pension. Watch this space for more calls tomorrow -

called me twice today on my mobile, each time they hung up so I called them back. Whoever it was answered the call and then hung up - clearly no one I know. I'm registered with TPS but still getting these calls

am getting on average 6 calls a day, have told them am not interested and they have said they will take me off their sytem but still not done so
