The area code seemed unusual but after looking here and calling back (with an automated message telling me they'll call back if it's urgent), it's St. Thomas' Hospital.

Rang my home no today, no message left. I rang back, automated line says “This is Guys & St. Thomas Hospital. Don’t worry, we’ll call you back - if it’s urgent”.
What?! First they send me a letter last week (3 pages!) to say I don’t fit their criteria for dental treatment, then they phone with this. I assume I’ll never get a return call as they already think I’m not urgent enough to treat anyway! -

As other comments - missed call from Guy's and St Thomas hospital (London UK), auto message says they'll call again if it's urgent. I was expecting to hear from them, and it's good that they don't leave a message which could be a security issue.

its a scam of some kind. phone only rings for short period before caller hangs up and when you ring back the auto message says dont worry we will call back if urgent, its a nuisance call or scam of some kinds
