Received numerous calls - always saying they are from BT open reach - Said had internet problems asked me to open my computer and give them access - I said I want to now more information about them and then she hung up - received 5 calls and they have also spoken to my husband - again it was a woman with a strong indian accent! SCAMSTERS!!!!! How do they get away with it! Annoying!

Female, poor line, strong Indian accent. Claimed to be BT Openreach calling about errors on our broadband. When I said we don't have BT Openreach broadband on this line (in fact we don't have any broadband on this line) caller hung up.

Caller claimed to be from BT Openreach, calling about my broadband. The line quality was very poor. When I said BT Openreach would never call from such a bad line the caller hung up.
