A couple of hang-ups when answered and one with someone asking whether I'd had an accident in the past 10 years. I believe this is linked to the Equifax data breach in early 2017. My detail were leaked. The hang-up calls are there to check that the number is live, then followed up by calls to generate business or to instigate a scam. This company has most likely obtained your details illegally.
