   I have the message on my answer machine. They said there was a "serious lawsuit" against my name. Gave the number to call back on and said if I did not I would "face hard and unwanted legal consequences". Said she was Lisa Williams from HM Revenue and Customs. Do not take any notice of this call ... report it ... and warn others.

   had to hang on for far too long so sent message left on my ansaphone. Sounded like a tape and part unclear. Tried to report it to HMRC fraud dept but they took too long to answer. Reported on their message system but no reply. My accountant says there has been a rash of calls to elderly people apparently of means and senility

   Automated message left on answering machine claiming to be from HM Customs & Revenue saying that a serious law suit had been entered against my name and that it was time sensitive. I must urgently call the woman back .

   I also received an automated msg this afternoon threatening me with a lawsuit if I didn't call back.
   
   I didn't respond to their request.
