Sarah has just called me to tell me that my boiler warranty had expired; when I asked her how she knew, she said that their engineering department had flagged it up and when I said that I would have to report them to the TPS, she apologised but first said that I should take it up with my phone provider and then, when I said I had never told any of them that I was registered with the TPS, that I should ask the TPS why it hadn't come up on the company's system - I somehow don't think that's how it's supposed to work, as I believe companies are supposed to check the TPS lists before calling! I will now report the call.
