Girl identified herself as Lauren from Sky , then asked about the recent car crash I had, I said not had a car crash she said yes you have the recent one , I said no I dont drive then she said oh well what about the fall you had at work recently , I hung up

Caller claimed to know I'd been involved in a road traffic accident and said she was calling to "confirm details". In fact she had no details as there has been no such accident. She claimed to have been informed of my accident by the "Road Traffic Accident Department". When asked who that actually was, just repeated the question - i.e. trying to get me to tell her about my accident. eventually she got tired of me and hung up. Number of course doesn't work when I try to call it back. Either a speculative and dishonest sales call or a scam to get me to pay money up front - didn't get far enough to work out which.

The number called my mobile , I missed the call then I returned the call from a landline. The number cannot be recognised therefore it's a scam call. I will report it to my phone provider as a scam number. Thanks
