Chinese male asking me about the car accident I had last year, when I said I didn't have a car he said your husband. I repeated again I don't have a car and remove my number from your system. He then aid has your car been fixed - I hung up. The same number called 15 minutes earlier but I didn't answer.

As soon as I saw number was 02081238819, i knew it was a number I've had before and asked in past to not ring again. I said politely, don't ring again please, he said you're not listening to me, I said that's because I'm not interested in anything you're selling, he still wouldn't listen. I then said I'm on tps list and your unsolicited call is illegal, he said I'm not on the list, when I know I am. I said I'll record the call next time you ring, now will you please take my number off your list. He flatly refused and said he won't do that because I'm not cooperating! He said I'm on an "approved" list and then he said I've had a car accident. I said I haven't, I haven't got a car, in fact I can't drive, he said he doesn't believe me and he won't take me off his list because I won't cooperate. That's why I'm reporting this specific call. I've had loads ring even though I'm on tps, but this caller was so arrogant, flatly refusing my legal wishes, trying to tell me I wasn't on the tps list, and quite frankly trying to bully me by threatening to keep calling me if I didn't "cooperate" into listening to their services. I was imagining, after the call, if I'd been an elderly person, or someone who didn't know their legal rights, how much further he'd have gone into "bullying mode". It was scary just how much he didn't listen and didn't care what I was saying. This company, and he particularly, needs stopping. All I can say was that he was Asian, possibly Indian. Hope we can put a stop to this "operation"
