Was sure that it was a Canadian cousin then accepted it wasnt. Asked for £9.00 odd etc etc due to bill , didnt make any sense. I persisted with the likeness (exact) of the females voice and its origins, was told India LOL I know a Canadian accent, I told the thick cow did she think I was thick? and to go and find someone else-I really wanted to use the f word but in case i got it wrong and upset some Indi/adian for nothing (and possibility of getting new phone line cut-off. 99 per cent scam , I think? - Oh Well - dear o dear. tsk tsk.

Rang yesterday and today pretending to be talk talk, asking me to press CTRL and R , i didnt googled to see it was a scam. told them to F Off and then the sexual content followed , man telling what he wanted to do to me, calling off a different number also.

This is the 3rd time this week this number has called. It was a non English speaking lady saying she was from Talk Talk accounts Dept. She asked me to confirm I was the account holder, I replied she should know I was and I wanted her to confirm she was phoning from Talk Talk by giving me my address - she then hung up.x580

i had the same talktalk saying i owe £59 when i had already been told 2-3 times they pay the first bill as i got £50 credit for going with them. argued for an hour had it sorted next day another call saying i oe £21.70 told them happens again ill report you to the police. last day again phoning about the same thing, everyone avoid talktalk awful service - scammers.

Had a call from them just now (10/6/15). I had that much trouble understanding him I had to ask him to repeat himself 3 times! Claimed he was from TalkTalk and said he wanted to talk to my ex about the TalkTalk account. Got me curious coz my ex took out our phone contracts and deals with them and TalkTalk have never called me before. I'll definitely be passing the number on to my ex!

Called asking for payment for my buffer account with Talk Talk. Had all my details, including who I bank with (I did not give or confirm), so no reason to think not Talk Talk. Gave him my safety password (as only Talk Talk should have) and he tried to get me to pay buffer by card over phone. Told me I wouldn't be able to make calls if it wasn't paid. Told him I was well aware of my buffer as I had set it up and it was fine. Very persistent...pushy. Had to tell him 3 times it was paid via direct debit, which he confirmed, and that it would run accordingly. Point blank said was NOT paying over the phone and that I would be checking with Talk Talk. I was quite annoyed at this point. He finally got the message and said I could change at any time by logging into my account. Talk Talk denied it was them and I filled in their form for investigation of the number. I called the number the next day and guess what?...Talk Talk's automated system. I am furious at being lied to and have sent them another email cancelling my account.

This wasnt TalkTalk's automated message. It is a copy of an outdated TalkTalk message, and if you call the official TalkTalk number, you will find that its different to this one in some parts. This is NOT a TalkTalk number!

Called today from 02081275751 to say I was over my TalkTalk phone limit and to pay £59 now .... Surely TalkTalk don't do this???
Lee replied 9/13/15, 1:22 PMYou are correct TalkTalk do not do this, any extra cost is added to your bill as with any other contract of a similar nature. This is a scam. -

Just got a call from the above number and ask if i was the account holder i ask what account and they kept asking if i was the account holder heard children in the back ground so i hanged the phone up the person who spoke to me was not english

Rang my company saying no money in account to pay direct debits. However had account on internet at time and they had SUCCESSFULLY taken payments for 4 lines the previous day. This left over £4k in the working account for bills and no bounced DD emails from bank. Why is a company I am with, deliberately trying to scam me for money already paid; if they are genuinely Talk Talk as a previous comment has stated?

Said they were from talktalk and I had gone over my phone limit of calls by a certain amount.
When I queried it, they put phone down.
I rang Talktalk and queried it. The number is NOT one of theirs.
