Rang 5 times in 10 minutes. Claimed he'd been rung by my number numerous times when no phone calls had been made to the number. Threatened to call police.

This is a lie, beware, avoid, very untrustworthy, will say anything to gain your trust and obtain your details in order to transfer you to new utilities suppliers without your knowledge!
