Called both my mobile & business line asking for someone who does not exist. When I asked for the name to be repeated the first time around, he got very aggressive and repeated the name six or seven times and when I said there was no one by that name at this location he hung up the phone. Sounded like a call centre in the background.

Rude, agressive woman demanded to know who deals with the company's energy bills. Told me I was legally obliged to give her the information. She wouldn't listen when I said I couldn't tell her, she just kept repeating that I was breaking the law by not telling her so I just put the 'phone down on her.
