Jay from Tivium rang me trying to sell me the Government Green deal solar panel ,gas boiler, he said the company was based in Newcastle upon Tyne the number he gave me was 02085466207. there are article online about unhappy customer of this company the BBC had also investigated the company.

This number belongs to Tivium (Green Deal). I got their real number from their website ( www.tivium.co.uk) it is 0191 - 5800 - 5800 -321 then chose option 2. Eventually (2-3 minutes) an operator rang - I asked her to stop making recorded message calls to me, and she took my phone number.
If they do not stop I intend blocking up their switchboard by calling them incessantly (as I have up to 1 hour free calls via BT). I shall call and leave the phone for 50 minutes, then redial. I suggest you all do the same, and we'll see if they get fed up? -

Had been calling for months. I pressed 2 and spoke to live operator, he said they were green deal uk. I arranged for a surveyor to call but didn't answer door and he left business card for Tivium.

Called them on 01915800321as an existing client ( I'm not but if you say you're a prospective client you don't get through to an operator). Spoke to a very nice lady who checked their records and has removed us from them call list. Job done I thought, except she said we'd be on other lists and would have to contact the companies directly to stop all calls. Maybe stopped one company with this irritating marketing approach. -

Like others I've had loads of these recorded messages about boiler grants, usually from "Withheld" number, but on one occasion from 2085466207. What I wondered is, don't these calls cost the company money? Who is paying for them? Apart from the annoyance it seems odd that they can afford to do it.

I, too, am registered with TPS for what that is worth, which is not a lot. The number shown on the display switches between the 0208 and "International" so goodness knows where the garbage controlling this operation is actually situated.

Gunrunner replied 6/27/14, 3:41 PMI wouldn't be so sure Aptis. I reported the same constant bombardment (sometime 3 times a day) last week to ICO. This week they have changed the number used to call me (I too am TPS which is a waste of time for these type of calls). These people need to be stopped once and for all, but if they keep changing numbers I don't know how to block them. -

This number has called me a week since I moved into my home - on my so called new number. My landline therefore is hardly listed anywhere or been used. This number is a recorded message in relation to a boiler. This same company is literally hounding my elderly aunty and uncle who is extremely ill. They are on the telephone preference service and the calls they receive from this company are incessant. I genuinely dont know how in this high tech day and age. Vile companies can get away with in what id state, in their case as 'ruining the quality of sick, vulnerable peoples lives'. Its simply horrific. My aunty did the same thing spoke to them and the person was obstinate. It really is a travesty.

Been getting 3 or 4 calls a day from this organisation for weeks, all recorded messages about grants.
In desperation i finally picked up the phone and pressed '2' to speak to an advisor.
I explained that I had been getting multiple calls daily for weeks, that I didn't want or need a boiler, solar panels or insulation and that I would never buy from them and asked the lady to please stop calling me.
She asked if I even knew what the call was about, I said that I did and again asked her to please stop calling me.
She simply said, "No..." I said, "What do you mean, you wont stop calling me?" she replied, "No, I wont"
At that point I simply said; "Well you are a piece of work" and hung up.
Like many people who are constantly bombarded by unsolicited calls, despite being ex-directory and registered with the Telephone TPS I am amazed and frustrated that BT and the regulating authorities lack the will and ability to stop these calls! -

I keep getting automated calls about government grants for insulating my home. I have complained about this, to no avail. When you call the number back, there is no connection.
