Asian voice - "Paul" from something options - just wanting to ask me 3 questions - I asked him to take my number off his database as we have opted out of cold calls and he should not be calling me. He said sure, but could he take a minute of my time to ask me his 3 questions - I declined politely and put the phone down. Noise in background of a call centre, probably market research or spam.
