Called up at 7pm. Told my life insurance was awful And how it wasn't the right one for me. After what can only be described as border line bullying I went to speak to one of there "qualified" advisors. Turned out it was some wise boy who tried to make me spend more than I was already paying for less cover. Complete waste of time I'd avoid using them at all costs.

After receiving yet another call despite asking for my number to be removed I asked to speak to the manager whilst I was being handed over to Louie I was surprised to hear I was being referred to as a c**t. From the noise in the background it was clear that this is nothing but a bunch of kids playing at business. After researching, the managing director is only 30! Clearly needs to grow up and learn how to run a legitimate business.
One more call and I will be reporting them!!!!!!! -

BAD COMPANY WITH RUDE STAFF!!! Had someone called Don call me about my 'existing life policy' I do not have one!!!
Apparently I would be transferred over to a 'qualified adviser' only to find out I was not speaking to a qualified adviser and would later be passed over again just so this so called 'adviser' would check I was happy. The idiot could not pronounce half the medical conditions.
No help or advice given and not one person could answer any of my questions. WASTE OF TIME!!! -

The company rang me up at 8pm regarding to life insurance trying to to get me to change my insurance to go through them, so they can get there commission for it. They said they were FCA regulated (financial conduct authority)
i doubled checked if that was true
its a massive lie they our all kids working at ADVISALINK
They be may be able to find you better deals on your life insurance but if you spend a good while looking around you could do the exactly the same

Some wideboy called Liam from Advice link or something. What a miserable life he must lead. Couldn't pronounce my name despite it only being 2 syllables. added a third. I don't know why. A syllable is a unit of organization for a sequence of speech sounds for your info Liam. Asked when myself or my wife (i'm not married) were available to talk. I clearly joked by saying midnight, at which he said he'd call back then and hung up. We'll see if he calls back then. If he does, he'll wake up a 16 month year old. I'll then complain and refer to this!
Needless to say, a useless telemarketer praying on the vulnerable. sad sad little man Liam.lincslass replied 5/6/15, 5:19 PMSilent call-even more enraging.

If you rangeht, the line is dead but the caller also does not leave a message. Maybe a call robot.
It has taken us a while to find these complaints as they are being left on a number we no longer use to call our clients.
