AO.com UPSELLING TEAM - telemarketing!
You likely bought an appliance from AO.com and they are 'just calling to see how the device is', once you tell them they then try to sell you a monthly subscription insurance in case the device breaks down (e.g. £6.50 per month for a fridge freezer) a really really sleazy way to do business.
Waste of money (and time if you actually take the call)
