   Accident claims SCAM!! Indian accent chap by name of Darren called at 9.31am today. Said I had an accident..er..I knew the rigmarole but decided to play along..asked me when did it happen? Told him LAST week.."LAST WEEK ?" he muttered to himself, then pause, sounded indecisive and just hung up!! Looked like they were fishing for VERY recent "accidents" so that they stand better chance of gathering their investigation scam QUICKLY for ambulance chasing in collusion with their acolytes...obviously team of greedy and unscrupulous "legal team" in UK!!!! They have tried same method using different phone numbers before...so beware of the scumbags..I'm on TPS yet these crappy numbers still filter through!!!!

   I knew how this call would pan out, because when I answered by giving my phone number there was a few seconds delay, before a male with a heavy Indian or Pakistani accent came on the line. He asked for me by name, and I confirmed I was that person. He then asked how I was today, before giving his name, which I cannot remember, and said he was from Accident Claim and asked whether I'd had a car accident recently. I said, "No", and he hung up. A previous phone call a few weeks earlier had followed exactly the same format.

   Asian chap called about an accident I had and said he needed personal information to take further. I am registered with tips so no idea where he got the number. I asked him how he got the number and he said he was from the police department??!!!! I told him there is no such thing as the police department which confused him. I challenged again asking where he got the number and he hung up. It really annoys me that these idiots are allowed to do this as not everyone knows about tps or bogus callers and often believe the dishonest thieves.

   Called and TOLD me that my family member had been involved in an accident.. No introduction of who they were etc... I demanded to talk with a supervisor and they laughed at me. If an elderly person was to recieve this call they would be extremely distressed.. Refused to tell me where they are based.. DISGUSTING INTRUSION OF PRIVACY!

   I have a long recorded message which states that 'due to increased levels of criminal activity calls from unrecognised numbers or number withheld are not answered. If you are calling through your office switchboard you are almost certainly number withheld and you should phone from you home land line otherwise write using Royal Mail' caller gave up halfway through message

    Asian man rang regarding a traffic accident, I said I was not claiming as I was not injured, I put phone down. Seconds later he rang again and got aggressive cause I would not claim.Dont answer if you see this number.

    Asian sounding female has called twice stating she was from an insurance company and she was calling about my accident claim which I have never made. both calls were terminated by myself

    Asian sounding man identifying himself as an agent of "Accident Direct".it is an obvious fraud since the cretin did not even bother to ascertain who I was alleged he was responding to a claim regarding an accident yada yada.

    Same caller, but different number re 'Someone in your house contacted us about a recent accident......'. I'm sick to the back teeth of these unsolicited calls and I'm ex directory no calls and registered with TPS!!! I hope there isn;t a limit to the amount of numbers I can block...
