   Caller was told to go away as he had woke me from nightshift he then called again saying "wakey wakey" until I spoke again Liverpool accent this needs to be closed down now !!

   Got a call from a woman with a Liverpudlian accent saying she was calling to "close my road traffic accent insurance claim". I told her that not only had I not had an accident, I also didn't own a car. I also told her that I didn't have insurance of any sort with Albion. This seems to be about looking for no win, no fee customers.

   Arshole repeatedly asking for my husband in an overly authoratorian tone, didn't want to tell me who he was working for, hung up when I said hubby was in the hospital!
