    Caught me off guard and answered this call. I wait now to see who's leaving me a message first because of these time wasters.
    Said he was calling about energy incentives. Said I'd had lots of these calls and he became contentious and rude.
    If anyone has the misfortune to take one of these calls by mistake feel free to say whatever it takes for him to hang up on my behalf! I expect he would enjoy the opportunity to be unpleasant though. Arrgghh!
