Claim line in relation to Road Traffic Collison. Male called from 03303900462 and continued to talk after I had told him that any information regarding me or any road traffic collison was none of his business. Male caller continued to talk abut recently changes in the law and if I had a passenger in the vehicle. Again I told him that was none of his business. I asked him if he was stupid to which he said "no, why?" I told him that he was stupid as he has continued to ask me questions after I told him, that it was nothing to do with him. I asked to speak to a manager who came on the phone and would not provide company details or address to mount a formal complaint against the company. He refused as he wanted to know what the complaint was. He then terminated the call.
