The caller identified themselves as British Gas and want to schedule a boiler service. I had to keep asking this guy to repeat himself because he spoke really rapidly and unclear. He asked for our postcode, claiming it was a new practice when I told him B.G. should already know it. He also attempted to convince us to spend more for additional gas equipment.
