It come to mind after this event on loosing all my O2 credit on a pay & go . When I enquired to O2 for them to tell me I had been transferred to a 3rd party on a premium rate. The only number I had texted outside of my usual contacts was to texted Countryfile to vote on the pictures for there yearly calendar. Where the proceeds to go to Children in Need. After that texted all my credit disappeared 3 fold after each texted message.

my usual o2 bill is £28.00 monthly my previous bill came in at £37.00 phoned o2 and I was told no problem and they will give me my money back on my next bill my new bill arrived today and now I have to pay £47.00 and they gave me a text number and say stop and then they gave this long number and told me to try and get my money back them so I phoned them and guess what nobody can speak to me and the machine said someone will phone you in the next couple of days
Chris King replied 9/25/16, 12:28 PMI to have been robbed of my credit on my O2 credit on my Pay & Go where I pay £15 for 500MB Data and un-limted Texed Messages and I only really send about 20 texted messages a month when I noticed that for two months running all my credit had gone when I contacted O2 they told me my texted messages were being handled by a third party and I should ring 03333137900 to stop this this and get a refund but this has never happened. I ask myself why do O2 allow a third party to be involved unless O2 are involved .
