I got a text from what looked like my bank (Santander), saying a lot of money was being taken from my account. It gave this number 03333443057 to call. I called, and they answered 'HSBC'! I said I thought I was calling Santander, they said 'I work for both banks' (yeah, right!). I said let me have your name and department, I'll call my bank and ask to be put through to you, at which point they promptly hung up.
