   Supposedly linked to a company called Lowells, for debt collection. They've been ringing me from various numbers, for the past 5 years, asking for someone I've never heard of. I tell them this. I explain I've had the same phone number for 20 years, and in that time, there has been no-one called Paul linked to this number. I ask them to remove my private, ex-directory, TPS-registered phone number from their records. They never do. They ring from 8am-10pm any day of the week, including once on Boxing Day.
   
   It's been 5 years. I call that stalking and harassment.

   Then do something about it and report them to your network and Ofcom. They get away with it because most people complain but don't do anything about it.
   
   You can get calls blocked a lot easier now. You can buy BT phones with call blocker and get free call blocking apps for smartphones use them. I never answer a single number unless I know who it is so they never bother me, I simply send to Answerphone then block them.
