    Annoying debt recovery agency I do not have any debts suggest ppl block these scammers and report them. I told them I am reporting them and I've never heard of them again

    I do not have a "Debt" I have a despiuted bill for which I had tried to go to court over as (a) I am in the right and (b) I wish to claim damages.
    The company involved sold the disputed sum to Lowell.
    Lowell are 3rd party interlopers. These leeches have no contract or agreement with the person they are harassing,DO NOT enter into dialogue, DO NOT enter any agreement. These people have NO LEGAL RIGHT TO DEMAND PAYMENT.
