They claimed to be lowell but when I got transferred to another colleague they both sounded like the same person so it is likely that Lowell's number is being cloned by scammers which gives then legitimacy as when people search the number they will find it belongs to the lowell. Because I have been in an iva that includes lowell for over a year lowell would know that and not contact me also the amount the caller said I owned was a lot less than I actually do which is a way that they can gain people's details by saying that you only have a small amount and hoping you would think that because it's a small amount you would pay so they can get off your back
