   Says my TSB account, quoting last 4 digits, is being charged for large amount at a high street store. Not with TSB. Called Christmas Day too..

   Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland. I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). After only giving a few details the advisor gave details of companies/transactions that only TSB would know.

   Automated voice 7.45pm saying this is TSB call for (my full name) please press any key to continue. I hung up and checked phone numbers on TSB website - number not listed there, so googled and got this.

   It's a machine that keeps calling about someone who has never lived at this address. No human contact and even going through their menu and informing them they still keep calling. Refuse to talk to a machine.
