Investigator Anti scam reported Mr with the number 04520131550 as Harassment calls
I was called by this number a couple of days ago. The caller, a man with a foreign accent, asked for me and informed me that he was from the Nationwide building society. I repeated 'Nationwide Buliding Society' to him and he replied 'Yes'. I then said 'No you're not', at which point he yelled 'Mind your lip' and hung up.
This person is a crook. I have had repeated calls from him or someone like him going back over a year. He starts out by claiming to be from Nationwide, he also claims to be my father and on one occasion he pretended he was from the government. When challenged he becomes aggressive and rude. I am frankly sick and tired of his harassment and the fact that my telephone service provider, and indeed the UK government, does bugger all about these crooks, scumbags and con merchants. -

Called me by my name and told me he was calling from Nationwide and asked if my postcode was *** ***. I said I didn't have an account with nationwide and to remove my details from their lists. He said it didn't matter and that they were calling everyone and again asked me to confirm that my postcode was *** ***!!! I hung up and blocked the number.

This number called me today, said she was calling from the Nationwide Building Society. The female Indian caller knew my name, told me my postcode and asked me to confirm if it was correct. I told her I don't have an account with Nationwide and that she's a scammer after my personal details.... then hung up on her haha!
