iPhone reported O2 scam with the number +447451297147 as Harassment calls
Had a missed call from a 07451 number. I get 2 to 3 of these every day. It’s a known scam prefix, usually the fake O2, EE, or Vodafone scam. I used to answer, but after researching and experiencing it myself, it’s clearly a scam. I now ignore all of them and recommend you do the same.
WHAT I DO: I REPORT IT TO 7726 – just forward the number or message. It’s free and your network investigates.

WHY I NEVER RESPOND: Answering or replying – even to tell them off – confirms your number is active, English-speaking, and responsive. That makes it more valuable and guarantees more scam calls. Even one reply keeps you on their list.
BOTTOM LINE: If it’s real, they’ll leave a message. If they don’t, block it, report it, and move on.
