Telemarketer selling new windows & doors: Asked if the windows & doors were over 15 years old and claimed to be from "Thermal Homes" when asked. I asked where they got my number and was told I was on the "National Database" - although she couldn't tell me anything about the "National Database". I told her she should NOT be calling numbers on the Telephone Preference Service list (although she didn't seem to know about that! Said she would remove my number from their calling lists.

Just received a call from this number from a very rude and aggressive woman who launched straight into her prepared speech regarding replacement windows. I told her I was registered with the TPS and should not be receiving these type of calls and to remove me from their database, she talked over me aggressively saying this was a marketing call not a sales call and that the TPS didn't cover it. I then told her marketing cold calls were covered but she continued to argue with me. I then loudly shouted to her 'Do not call this number again and that I was reporting them'. She cut me off!!! Very aggressive telemarketing.
