I've also got the same message 'I have a proposition for you...' and I am pretty sure it is a case of scam. I am a Portuguese, living in Porto, Portugal, and what bothers me most is 'how do these guys get our phone numbers?'.

O que pode acontecer ???
1. Fazem-lhe uma proposta para receber um dinheiro, mas para isso tem que fornecer a sua conta bancária e ficam 'donos' de informação que nem quero imaginar como usam (com a capacidade inventiva de Hackers e Scammers são muito bem capazes de lhe entrar na conta e roubar tudo); ou
2. Usam o seu e-mail com fins menos próprios (podendo passar a ter acesso a toda a informação sobre os seus amigos e contactos ali efectuados)
Se me permite um conselho, desative a sua conta de e-mail, transferindo os seus contactos para uma nova conta e avisando-os de que fez isto e porquê.
