As others have said on here, Scottish accents and extremely unpleasant, actually calling me repeatedly after I was short with them on their umpteenth unwanted call. No email, no company name, no valid phone number on Caller ID, I suspect they are phishing to get a name and address to go with your number.
As a matter of interest I believe the Green Deal re-started recently?PseudonYm replied 1/10/18, 1:34 PMTwo more calls today, 10 Jan 2018. Answered the second (male Scottish voice asked if I was the home owner) and asked if this was Zenith Windows again, they hung up! Complained to ICO and to their customer services dept.Bunch of tools.PseudonYm replied 1/11/18, 11:36 AMReceived an apology by email from Stacey, Customer Service Advisor for Kairos Group, with an assurance my name would be taken off the list within 14 days. We'll see. As a long-time TPS subscriber it should not have been there in the first place!
