According to their text, they now [sic] how much I am owed in PPI compensation and should go to ppinow.org to claim it. The website has a privacy policy, which refers to 'the usual email address' to contact them but lists no email address and has a tab for Customer Services that doesn't work.
The fact is I have never taken out PPI, so am not owed any compensation, but that may be too much for the likes of them tom understand.
