i just cant understand these telemarketers. there's a rule that they shldnt call early in the morning! but why are they still violating it!!!

I had quite a few missed calls from the number. When I answered, the caller claimed to be from Pure Water Systems. Apparently, they call to advise the water quality of an area and try to trick homeowner into an appointment with their salespeople who then tries to persuade (or rather pressure) them into buying their products. When I told the caller I wasn't interested, she got impatient and rather rude. So I hung up the phone.
