J Rayner replied 10/7/12, 11:19 AMTommy Baxter rings people who have placed wanted ads in classic bike and car magazines and tells them he has the parts they need. He asks for the money to be transferred to his bank account and the parts are then not delivered. A warning has been given in the Vintage Motorcycle Club Magazine and other mags have been warned. The Police are involved as are 'private investigators'.
