I did some checking online and came up with a link to cable and wireless. I never opt in for any third party rubbish and have my number ex-directory. I believe in this case there is something untoward going on with our numbers and are probably lining the pockets of some big fat cats. -

Had the same text as others, never going to text them back saying 'STOP' ... only to get charged and confirm to them my number works.
Instead, if you have an iPhone, just use iOS7 to block the number (I don't know if Android has the same feature).

He is an EMT and third-year student at Drexel School of Medicine and presumably is using this as a method of paying his way through medical school. His registered address is 104 Sunset Lane Haverford, PA 19041.I would be interested to discover how he is aquiring our phones details. I am ex directory.

This company also use the number 07506748331. They must have been sold or given my phone numbers by the credit card company who owe me several thousand pounds. I assume there is a very close business relationship between them and that this is illegal. If TTPCO are overcharging clients but returning a % of the money in some way or another, their business network needs to be exposed.

I had a missed call from this number and a few days later I received a SMS as well. The message said: "Unsure if you qualify for a refund of PPI paid on loan or credit card? Reply PPI and we will run a no obligation check or reply STOP to opt out."
I don't think it's legit and I haven't replied yet. The obvious thing would be to write them "STOP" but I'm afraid that they will charge a lot for it and I'm not willing to pay.

Spam PPI reclaim marketing scam who will if legitimate will a massive chunk of money out of anything you get.
Reported it to O2's service for reporting spam text by forwarding the text to 7726 on the O2 network.
You don't need to pay any one to do this just visit your local CAB or get the forms from them on line and claim it all back for your self with out having to pay out any money to do so.
