Caller said she was calling from "Euroseal". They had funding for replacement windows. I asked her where she was based and she said Staffordshire. There is a Euroseal in Stoke-on-trent. When I asked for the address she terminated the call. By not providing an address when requested they are breaking the law. The phone number is not obtainable. ie a false number. I am TPS registered. I have reported them before but that hasn't stopped their calls.
