Sounds of a call centre in the background, so I said nothing and eventually the caller rang off.
This is obviously a spoofed number. It appeared on "Dr. Who" in 2009 and 2,500 people tried to call it. It's a fake number used in TV dramas (like the numbers including "555" that appear on US dramas).
