Keeps phoning me despite me telling them not to but they bug me anyway

male caller quoted guessed personal information and insisted I had agreed to some sort of "Cash back" sheme, having discussed it at my door 2 months ago - wanted to confirm my postcode etc. When I denied ever speaking or agreeing to this he hung up on me mid conversation

Said they were Every Good Home and were pushing for information for survey to get money from government for energy saving. Would not tell me what they were ultimately selling and kept saying not selling anything. Female Glasgow region voice accent. Telemarketeer hioding behind survey. Searched name on Internet and it seems they sell kitchens, Windows, boilers Cavity Insulation etc. Wouldnt trust them with a bargepole for being deceptive.

Presumably this month's favourite of 'energy saving' yet again but since they seldom introduce themselves or give any identifiable details it would be hard to say, hard to say that is if any other callcenter scammers had been beating on my landline the last month or so.
