   I got this "SNAP" message I agree sounds dodgy, and for a 4gb mp3 player, you could probably pick up for a quid on ebay if you wanted one

   initially asks to reply "SNAP" to a claim that you can claim a free media player.
   THEN you are asked for your name and address (which they could get from phone provider.
   
   IF you have not entered a comp' you cannot get a prize.. it must be a scam.

   first tried calling me, I didn't pick up, neither returned the call, then he/she text me telling I've won a prize and should text them back to claim it. Possible identity theft. Ignore it
