   This no. originates from a company called Vintels (http://www.vintels.com/). They already has a complaint upheld by the ASA against them (Google Vintels and ASA) for sending out SMSs saying "Free Msg: Our records indicate you may be entitled to £3750 for the accident you had. To apply free reply CLAIM to this message. To opt out text STOP".
   
   Vintels however keep changing the wording slightly to get round this.

   Tex messages all the time, saying, I have bee i a accident, and just press confirm....
   thee has bee no accident... last time, I had, another company take money from me. overtime I topped up. do not replay to these messages.
