When I answered, caller claimed they were from the 'Ministry of Justice' and were going to wipe out my debt. When I told them that this was a scam and I would be reporting their number they hung up.

When I answered the caller could be heard in the background not speaking. After around 3 secs the caller hung up. Very strange.
