    Claimed that I was due ppi refund, got very aggitated when asked him questions, I hung up, they tried calling back twice afterwards, number now blocked

    PPI nonsense. Told me they were calling from the Lloyds reclaim dept, whatever that is but the personal information they had was out of date and they changed the subject when I asked why this was. I also asked why their number came up as a mobile one and this was apparently because of some redirection they use to protect me! Ok, it you say so. I was going to be connected to their document reissue team (they were going to send something to my old address both tomorrow and at some point in the future) but hung up before we got that far.
