  1. Angry son of duped mother reported Nuisance Call Prevention Service with the number 08000096210

The Nuisance Call Prevention Service (NCPS) gives a business address in Brighton but this is a service address shared by 91 other companies. The man behind it is called Bill Burey (full name William Richard Burey) who actually lives at 43 Montague Avenue, South Croydon (if anyone has a phone or mobile number for him that would be handy). He is 48 years old and has his birthday on January 26. Bill claims to be something of a superstar with regard to databases and boasts as being responsible for building some of the industry’s largest and most complicated commercial marketing databases including those for the Telegraph Group, Manchester United FC and Times Newspapers Limited. Now however he is flying high running his own outfit NCPS which from the web forums and the call his company made to my 89 year old mother, he seems to focus on selling a piece of kit that you can buy off Amazon for £34 for the bargain price of £99.98. To help make his business legitimate he uses a reputable company called Eazy Collect, who enable small tele and web sales businesses like Bill’s to sign people up to direct debits. Bill set up NCPS on 16 October 2013 (registered at Companies House number 8734429); he has three shares in the business, paying £3 for them – they have not yet had to file any accounts. Having got his company he switched the address of the company from his home to his service address four days later and then bought his web domain name – – a week later and started to set up his business at the back end of last year. Bill is a director of other companies including Home Support (MK) Limited and Limited. Buyer beware.
