   Called us three times over the last week asking for a director who died in 2005. Each time I told them this and that we were on a fairly new 3-year contract with someone else and to update their records. Clearly they haven't done that.

   Said he was with BT but quite clearly not as we have just taken out a new contract with BT? When I wouldn't give him the name of the person in our company dealing with this he got quite aggressive! I put him on hold and when I went back to him he had hung up - horrible man!!!

   Trying to flog phones but the line they're calling from is awful! So faint and keeps dropping out etc. not exactly good advertising for a phone company.

   claimed to be BT. Told them we have a contract in place already thats going for another 2 years. Wouldnt hang up without taking my name to whitch i didnt want to give but was adaamnt he needed my name.

    Called the company I work for, straight off the bat asked to speak with a certain member of staff, didn't bother introducing himself. I asked who is calling? He just provided me with his first name, didn't think that was particularly professional, had to ask again for the company name (BT), I've spoken with BT previously who straight away introduced themselves as BT, makes me think this call wasn't genuine, maybe a 3rd party calling on their behalf - it was regarding mobiles and broadband.

    Called to say was BT calling about my business mobiles. Said I have only just renewed my contracts 2 weeks ago on a 2 year contract. He said oh yes I can see now you’re on Vodafone. I’m not, nor have ever been on Vodafone. Fishing for information. Told them that I’ve not been on Vodafone and hung up the call and blocked the number.

    claims to be from BT corporate but I don't believe them as they were hesitant to give me the company name.
    
    Trying to sell us new mobile contract but pretending they director was in talks with them but he is not.

    Called and announced as being from BT. said BT changing the way they operate and assigning all companies an account manager. Then tried to confirm we have X number of mobiles - we don't use company mobiles. Asked if we had any requirements - which we didn't. Ended the call. Not rude or pushy but I suspect they are not from BT.

    As our company is a call centre they got straight through, unfortunately, its a spam number that reverses the charges. Managed to block number via our phone system management company.
