These people are scammers who target elderly vulnerable people. They cold called my mother who has dementia, despite her being registered with the TPS. They talked her into completely unnecessary cover for a washing machine for £225 pounds. This seems to be their MO as I have now seen it on numerous forums about them. This is now in the hands of her banks fraud team.

I got a cold call from this company yesterday claiming to be my appliance insurer. I foolishly divulged some personal and financial details before realising I wasn't speaking to whom I thought. I phoned them to cancel the policy but wasn't able to speak to their 'resolution team'. All the numbers they call on go to answer phone messages so it is impossible to get the information and help you need. A member of their resolution team phoned me back today and refused to cancel the policy and said it would go to debt collection. I'm fairly confident that this is illegal as there is a minimum of a 14 day cooling off period. I have informed the company twice on the phone and once by email that I do not want the policy to continue.

My parents never spoke to these people, they got the details from the fact that my parents had there bank details stolen. I rang this company and they were adamant they had spoken to my Mother, this is not the case as i contacted BT to check the records of that number. Low and behold they couldn't find a number WHY? Because scam numbers don't get saved on your bill as scammers do something to stop the number being recognized.Please beware of these pathetic people and other scammers, they should work hard and get a proper job.Virgo replied 8/13/19, 6:09 PMScammers cant stop there number being recorded. My 88 year old dad called a few washing machine repair men to look at his machine. He got the numbers from the local paper. No one ever came but low and behold he got a call from this number saying his washing machine warrantee was ending that day and he had to pay £79! Machine is 10 years ild and w never took out any extended wtee. Obviously scamming for bank details. Sick people preying on the old.

They keep phoning my mother who is 92, to get washing machine insurance she doesn’t need. They try to get her bank details but we took away all her info, so she has to refer to me, I block there numbers via BT blocking
