Repeated calls, hangs up almost Immediately. Being an 0800 number presume they are trying to get a call back -- no chance

They already rang my number twice before I managed to answer. The caller said he was from "Domestic and General" and asked to speak to a certain person by name but it wasn't me nor did I know anyone by that name. So I told them and said that they had the wrong number. They accepted that and put the phone down. I'm just curious to see whether they will call again.
