   Called offering sky broadband upgrade, as sky is now full fibre in my area. I have blocked the 08008021636 number. He knew my name and obviously my mobile number.

   Called and had details of my Sky account (date we first took out Sky contract). I contacted Sky who said our account had been accessed that day - while the call was happening.
   I’ve logged a complaint with Sky as it seems their security system has been compromised. Other than one call from a representative who said it would be immediately passed to their security team, Sky seem pretty unconcerned - which is deeply worrying.

   This call seems to be connected to a telecom scam falsely claiming affiliation with Sky.
