A female voice said she was calling for CCS Swansea Debt Relief and wanted to discuss my mortgage with me, as requested by me. That was the first red flag for me. I don't have a mortgage on a house - I don't even have a house to begin with, but the woman insisted on the opposite. When she finally "caved", she asked about my bank charges. I hung up, because I could see this was going nowhere and she was desperately trying to find something to scam me with.
