I keep getting calls from this number . The caller says they are from Vodafone, but if they were, surely they would have all my details as I ahave been on contract with Vodafone for a long time.
If they call me why do they want me to confirm my details
They are offering upgrades etc but dont seem to know when my contract expires
It is a nuisance, I have asked them not to call but to no avail...

Only answer if you want to be tied into another years contract. Chances are your's is running out and they want to sell you a less than fantastic deal.

You can phone this organisation on also on 0161 929 5799 which is their general enquiry number, they are an independent marketing company working for Vodafone sales. They then promise to remove your number from their list. Their website is; available via "http://www.lbm.co.uk/contactus.aspx" .
If you want to be spiteful everyone could phone them on 0800 479 6444 which is their recruitment number and by bombarding them with calls they will get a taste of their own medicine, and it will cost them for the calls!
